A little grainy, but IT WORKS!,
I was unsure when I first bought this product if it would be effective. I’m skeptical about most weight loss products, but I have to say that this one works great. There are many beneficial vitamins inside that help you lose weight AND it suppresses your appetite. The worst part about dieting (in my opinion) is being hungry all the time and having to put up with getting headaches and feeling awful. This gets rid of that completely. You just mix it in your drink and down it FAST. Don’t let it sit as this stuff expands in water, so it must be downed right when you mix it in. I have already lost about 3 pounds in the last week (with exercise).
If your serious about this product, you can buy it for only 20 bucks on the life extension website!

OK so the stuff is gritty and nearly impossible to disslove. BIG DEAL!!! Anything that will allow me to eat things like pizza and spaghetti for supper, and pancakes and French toast for breakfast and I don’t gain weight, WOW!!!! Before I’d just look at those things and I’d grow another hip. I almost can’t believe I eat the way I do and still wake up and weigh the same. Imagine if I actually started dieting while taking this stuff…. I personally don’t think it really tastes bad either, but it is gritty, kinda like Metamucil. But this stuff truly is amazing in my opinion. I actually take a little more than the recommended scoop (more like a heaping scoop) because I LOVE things like pizza, and pasta dishes and I don’t feel it hurts to give a little extra to make up for eating these kinds of foods. I have actually lost weight but I will admit I also take some other weight loss products from Life Extension such as PS caps, 7 Keto DHEA, Vanadyl, Super Bio-Curcumin, and last but not least Optimized Saffron. This combo was recommended to me by a weight loss specialist who had just come from the 2011 Medical Weight loss Seminar in Florida. All I can say is this combo has really worked wonders for me.

I have been using Irvingia for quite a while at the suggestion of my physician. When I found out about this new formulation, I thought I would try it. If you can get past the weird, medicine-like flavor and if you enjoy what feels like sand in your mouth, I guess it’s OK. I will try this again if they come up with a better flavor. The ones they are using now make me a bit nauseous…but maybe that’s the intention!
