		<description>This has nothing to do with growing up with PLM. Not understanding the values of change management and treating it only like a new process to implement  - is like saying it on PLM as general… can PLM be compared to smoking also? :-)</description>

		<description>Interesting and well known lecture from a person who grew up with PLM. 

As small and medium enterprises grew up with CAD and ERP they need to feel and understand the culture change towards PLM first. 

Logic in these cases do not apply - compare it with smoking: we all know smoking is unhealthy and we have enough arguments to explain why not to smoke - still the emotional part of our brain decides to smoke, no matter what logic is on the table.

This is what i try to indicate at in my post and in future posts when i have the time and opportunity I will come back on some of the characteristics of change</description>
